Call Recording Notice

TRXmode, a brand of Wolfpack Ventures LLC
Last updated: October 14, 2026

When this applies

Some clinics and spas that use TRXmode let our AI voice assistant answer their phone calls. This notice explains how those calls may be recorded. It does not apply to messages on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or website chat.

What happens on a call

When you call a business that uses our voice assistant, you'll hear a short notice at the start, such as:

"Hi, this is the virtual assistant for [business]. This call may be recorded to help us serve you better."

The call may then be recorded and transcribed.

Why calls are recorded

  • So the business can see what was asked and what was booked
  • To check the assistant answered correctly and fix mistakes
  • To improve that business's assistant over time

Recordings are not sold and are not used for advertising.

Your consent

Some US states require everyone on a call to agree before it is recorded. By staying on the call after the notice, you agree to the recording. If you don't want to be recorded, you can hang up and contact the business another way, such as by message or email, or ask the assistant to take your details for a callback.

Who can access recordings

The business you called, and TRXmode, to provide and support the service. Recordings and transcripts are stored with our voice and AI providers (listed in our Privacy Policy). They are kept while the business uses TRXmode and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless the business asks for earlier deletion.

Deleting a recording

To ask for a recording to be deleted, email [email protected] with the number you called from, the business you called and the approximate date and time. We'll confirm with the business and reply within 30 days.
