    Running our own stores

    For more than a decade, Chaudhry Usman built and ran e-commerce brands: running Meta ads, managing couriers and handling customer support across several stores at once.

    Seeing where the money leaked

    The ads worked. The clicks came in. But messages arrived at night, on weekends and during rush hours, and every slow reply was a customer who bought somewhere else. The money wasn't lost in the ad. It was lost in the gap between the message and the reply.

    Building the fix with AI

    So we started building AI agents that answer instantly, in the brand's own voice, and move the conversation to a booking. Not a generic chatbot, but an assistant trained on the real menu, prices and policies.
